JAYKAY e-Fin Limited Warranty
Warranty Coverage
JAYKAY warrants that the e-Fin is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal recreational use during the applicable warranty period.
The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase and applies to the following components:

Fin Body, Housing, Propulsion System, Motor and Remote Control: 12 Months
Battery and Charger: 6 Months

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your JAYKAY e-Fin has a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, please contact our customer support team at:
To help us process your claim, please provide:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- Product serial number (if applicable)
- A description of the issue
- Photos and/or videos showing the problem
Our support team will review the information and provide instructions for inspection, repair, replacement, or other appropriate resolution.
Warranty Conditions
To be eligible for warranty service:
- The product must have been used according to the user manual and safety instructions.
- The defect must have occurred during the applicable warranty period.
- Reasonable evidence of the defect must be provided.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
If a product is repaired or replaced under warranty, the original warranty period remains in effect and is not restarted by the repair or replacement.
What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover:
Normal Wear and Cosmetic Damage
- Scratches, scuffs, fading, discoloration, rust, or other cosmetic changes resulting from normal use.
- General wear of consumable or replaceable parts.
Improper Use or Neglect
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, impacts, improper storage, or failure to follow operating instructions.
- Damage caused by using the product for purposes other than those intended.
Water and Charging Related Damage
- Damage resulting from improper charging procedures.
- Damage caused by charging connectors being exposed to moisture, contamination, or improper handling.
Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs
- Products that have been opened, modified, altered, or repaired by persons not authorized by JAYKAY.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
External Causes
- Damage caused by fire, flooding, storms, transportation accidents, or other external events beyond JAYKAY's control.
Warranty Remedies
If JAYKAY determines that a valid warranty claim exists, JAYKAY may, at its discretion:
- Repair the defective product;
- Replace the defective product with the same or a comparable model; or
- Provide another remedy as required by applicable law.
Replacement products may be new or refurbished and may contain functionally equivalent components.
Returns and Product Defects
Products determined to be defective due to manufacturing or material defects may qualify for repair, replacement, or exchange under this warranty.
Refunds are provided only where required by applicable law or where JAYKAY is unable to provide a reasonable repair or replacement solution.
Limitation of Warranty
Except where prohibited by law, this limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by JAYKAY for the e-Fin. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JAYKAY shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
Some states or jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty limitations or exclusions, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
