Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If an item is unavailable or on backorder, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout with an updated estimated shipping timeframe.

Order Processing & Shipment

Orders are typically processed and shipped within five (5) business days of purchase, subject to product availability. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. JAYKAY (distributed by BLU3) is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, returned shipments, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delivery Confirmation

Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout and confirmed as delivered by the carrier will be considered successfully delivered. JAYKAY GmbH (distributed by BLU3) is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Shipping Delays

JAYKAY GmbH (distributed by BLU3) is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, supply chain disruptions, acts of nature, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, retain all packaging materials and take photographs of the damage before contacting customer support.

To report shipping damage, please contact usa@jaykay-sport.com as soon as possible so we can assist in resolving the issue.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused by the recipient or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges, carrier fees, customs duties, taxes, and applicable restocking fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
